Countryside Trick or Treats for Safety

An estimated 600-800 children joined us yesterday afternoon for the Safely Trick or Treat Halloween Fun Fest in Streamwood. The annual event is hosted by the Streamwood Park District and supported by numerous sponsors.

We received many comments stating how nice it was to see a funeral home at a Halloween event.

Deidre Mitchell , who was on hand on for Countryside, had this to report, "Parents gave nothing but positive reviews to us about our services. Several children commented that it was cool that a funeral home would pass out candy to kids."

We think it’s safe to say they didn’t mind.
