attended a one-week workshop offered by Wanda Sizemore, director of Field Training and Development for Homesteaders Life Company.
Together they revisited the important benefits of Prearrangement Planning
among other types of instruction designed to help families. "Additional info will come next week when we get back and hit it hard!" Sizemore said in a follow-up email to the group.
"Connecting with the family member that is thinking about this is very important. There are a lot of heart and head questions and decisions that inevitably come up," Olson said. "The training allows us ways to best align our work with the needs and desires of the client and his or her family."
