to its staff. Countryside operates locations in Bartlett, Streamwood, Roselle and South Elgin, and Ms. Olson will provide her services at each.

"Those who go many years without losing a family member or friend are fortunate," Olson said recently. "Even for them, there comes a time when they end up addressing these decisions on behalf of someone they love. It's not hard to put yourself in that frame of mind from there."

Cindy Olson lives in Streamwood and has one grown son living in Clearwater, Florida. In her
spare time Cindy enjoys reading, golfing, gardening, cooking and baking.
She is a member and volunteer at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington.
