Yvonne Potts nee Johnson of Bartlett, formerly of Elgin. Beloved wife of William Sr. for 58 years. Loving mother of William Jr., and Susan(Brian)Hurst. Proud grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 4. Proceeded in death by her parents John and Martha Johnson and her sister Charlotte Albaugh. Visitation Wednesday 3:00pm until time of service 8:00 pm. (Pastor Dick Gilbert to officiate) at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road), Bartlett. After services cremation is private. Yvonne was employed at Sherman Hospital for 39 years. In lieu of flowers donations to Boys and Girls Club of Elgin 460 N.
