William Sittig

William A. Sittig (61) of Bartlett. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Parker) Sittig, loving father of Ryan Sittig, proud son of Hildegard and the late Albert Sittig, dear bother of Karin(Ed)Popkin, Marnie(Chuck)Pennington, and Dick(Diane)Sittig. Bill retired as Vice President of Operations from Budget Rent a Car Corporation in 1997 (after 25 years) and started his own consulting company The Peer Group. Bill, an avid golfer, competed in many area tournaments, winning at Schaumburg Country Club, as well as Bartlett Hills and Royal Fox Golf Club. Bill had a great love for reading, enjoying such authors as Ludlum and Clancy. His work, as well as his love of travel, led him and his family to Europe, Hawaii and many areas of the U.S. Memorial service for Bill will be Saturday September 3, 2011 at 11:00am at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Rd) Bartlett. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
