William Danny Russell, 67, of South Elgin, passed away August 19, 2014 at Sherman Hospital with loving family by his side.

Born April 24, 1947 in Jackson TN to William and Alma (Britt) Russell, he married Felicita I. Pacheco on Jan. 27, 1978.

Beloved husband of Felicita Russell; loving father of Miguel (Michelle) Bocardo, Juan (Spicie) Bocardo, Christoper Ployhart , Sharon (Brandon) Bergemann and Danny (Crystal) Russell; proud papa of Veronica Barnes (Sean Brockunier), Anthony and Erin Bocardo, Ryder, Gavin and Brooklyn Bergemann, Luke & Chase Russell; and cherished great-grandfather of Zayden Brockunier

William was preceded in death by his parents; William and Alma (Britt Russell); brother, Ronnie Russell; and sister, Judy Hill

Visitation will be held at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 95 S. Gilbert St. (at State St.), South Elgin, from 3-9 pm on Monday, August 25. Visitation continuing Tuesday, August 26th 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass 9:30 a.m. at St. Ignatius Church, 6559 Glenwood Ave, Chicago. Burial Maryhill Cemetery, 8600 N. Milwaukee Ave, Niles.
