William Ptak

William "Bill" J. Ptak, died January 5, 2017. Bill was the beloved husband of Christine "Chris" R. (nee Bieluwka); loving father of Lisa, Tim and Matthew; cherished brother of Diane (Michael) Ignash, Carol and Barbara Ptak; loving uncle to 3 nephews. He will also be missed by his Dog Oreo. Bill was employed 37 years with UPS and received a 37 year Safe Driving Award.

Visitation Friday January 13, 4:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road) Bartlett. Funeral Saturday 10:00a.m. to Resurrection Church memorial Mass 11:00a.m. Cremation was private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimers Association www.alz.org or American Cancer Association www.cancer.org would be appreciated.
