William A Peters

William "Bill" Peters passed away in the early hours of Saturday, March 28, shortly after marking his 78th birthday. Born and raised in Chicago, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Bill was a quiet and simple man who enjoyed woodworking and collecting unique items. He was preceded in death by Jean, his beloved wife of 30+ years, and is survived by 4 stepchildren, many grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Visitation Monday April 6, 2026 9:00am until time of service 11:00am at Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd., Streamwood. Burial will follow in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine. Info (630)289-8054
