It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Bill Montbriand, on November 3, 2024. Bill was a beloved brother, son and uncle known for his care, concern and love for his family. He was born on May 15, 1960, in Chicago, the son of the late Bill and Joyce Montbriand.
Bill dedicated his life to family both in times of joy and crisis, always an ear to listen or a voice raised to share his views and defend others he felt were misunderstood. He touched our lives in countless ways. Billy was an accomplished organist, a tremendous Operations VP and ultimately followed in his Uncle Phil’s and Grandfather Charlie’s business as an elite high end furniture consultant. Bill loved delicious food, art, ancestry, collecting historical family photos and his closest friends. Bill always found time and a way to reach out, privately, to share his love of your personal milestones.
He is survived by his brothers and sister, Tom (SIL-Laura), Rich (SIL-Shayla) and Cathy (BIL-Dan); and 11 nieces and nephews, Tommy, Christian, Tori, Alex, Amanda, Austin, Cameron, Kylie, Avery, Chloe and Max along with many cousins, uncles and aunts.
