William Paul Holm of Sun City West formerly of the Elgin Area; husband of Janice nee Torling; father of John R. Holm (Mary P. Garner Holm) and the late Beverly Holm-Sherer; grandfather of Brandon W., Adam R, John R. Jr, Briana (Brooks) Sherer King, Brenna Sherer (Dave Costello), Lauren E., Preston S., Lillian E., Brooklyn H. and the late Cari Lyn; great grandfather of David and Asheley; brother of Gladys Myers of Co., Hazel Gray of Az, and the late Melvin; son of the late Thomas and Goldie Hampton-Holm. Visitation Sunday 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following visitation cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. Memorial service Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel United Church of Christ, 415 W. North Ave., Bartlett.
