William Fredericks

William E. Fredericks of Bartlett; beloved husband of Dolores nee Slowik; loving father of Judy (Jim) Stafford and William (Karla); cherished grandfather of Julie Wireman, Paul Wireman and Andy Fredericks; proud great grandfather of Aydan; dear brother of Helen Kohler and the late Jack and Harold (late Iris). Employed by Brown-Williamson Tobacco Co. starting in 1951 as a Division Manager and then a Department Manager retiring after 33 years. He was also proud of the fact that he had a tryout with the Chicago Cubs. Visitation Saturday 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
