William Anderson

William “Bill” Anderson, of Streamwood, passed away peacefully on January 23rd, surrounded by his family. Bill was the devoted husband for 50 years of Margaret nee Ottesen; cherished father of Patty (Garrett) Beard, Mike, Karen (Fred) Vicari, Russell (Natalie) and Lynne (John) Bivens; proud grandpa of Jenny, Jeff, Danny, Anthony, Stephanie, Jacob, Nicholas, Matthew and Ryan. Dear brother of Jeanne (Charlie) Mondi and Lynne (Ken) Schiller; loving uncle of many nieces and nephews; fond brother in law of Jerry (Gloria) Ottesen. Bill was a dedicated employee of Quaker Oats Research in Barrington for 30 years. He was an avid White Sox fan. Bill’s church, St. John the Evangelist, and his family were what made him the happiest. A memorial mass will be held Saturday January 29th at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church in Streamwood.
