Wayne E. Hoppe, 68, of Poplar Grove; formerly of Hanover Park; beloved husband of Sharon nee Bollin; loving father of Jodi, Steven (Shannon) and Christopher (Brigette); cherished grandfather of Michael, Steven, Shawn, Kailey, Taylor, Tyler and Holley; caring son of the late Edwin and Evelyn nee Szopinski; dear brother of Gerald (Diane) and fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Wayne was a tax preparer and an Eagle Scout. Visitation Thursday 1:00-9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Friday 12:00 Noon. Interment Mt. Emblem Cemetery.
