Warren Triphahn

March 27, 1968 — February 25, 2015

Warren Herbert Triphahn, of Streamwood for 14 years. Loving father of Grace Christine Triphahn; cherished son of Warren and Christine nee Winslow Triphahn; caring brother of Donna Christine (Sergio) Vega and Susan Theresa (William) Milde; fond uncle of Theresa, Edward, Steven and Kenneth; godson of Joseph Polka and Sandie Weigel. He will be missed by his “crazy mutt” Jackson.

Warren enjoyed golf, riding motorcycles and being with his friends.
