Wanda Sue Rubino (nee Hillard), 74, entered into eternal life Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at her home. Wanda is remembered for her loving energy, warm welcome, and everlasting love. She had a smile that would brighten any room and was always a social butterfly. Beloved wife of Phillip; loving mother of Victoria Delgado and Michele (Dave Tatera) Rubino; dear grandmother of Antonio, Kara, Michael, Rachel, James, Alley, Ashton, and the late Diamond Sapphire; proud great grandmother of Adelaida, Brooklyn, London, and Franco.
