Walter K. Ruf, of Streamwood since 1990, died November 8, 2014. Beloved husband of Janet nee Cochran for 53 years; loving father of Jack (Maribeth), Leroy (Christine), and the late Brian (Lisa); proud grandfather of 10; great grandfather of 1; dear brother of John, Erika, Anne-Marie, and Ruth.
Visitation Wednesday, November 12, 2014 3:00-9:00pm, Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation by Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the charity of your choice. The family suggests American Heart Association, St. Baldrich, or a local Breast Cancer Association.
