Walter Licht

Walter “Wally” Licht, 73, of Streamwood died October 31, 2014. Wally was the beloved husband of Nancy (nee Panther) for 48 years; loving father of Steve (Kelly) Licht, Mary Licht, and Suzanne (Steve) Leazzo; proud grandpa of Nathaniel, Jacob, Jon, Geri, Natalia, Rocco, Alexis, Ethan and the late Stephen; cherished brother of Chris, Tom (Janine), John (Chris) and the late Judy. Wally was loved by many and a friend to all.

A Navy veteran Wally enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing cards, and he was president of the Driveway Club.

Visitation for Wally Tuesday, November 4, 3:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Visitation Wednesday 10:00a.m. until time of service 11:00a.m. Following services cremation will take place privately at Countryside Crematory.
