Walter Dec

Walter J. Dec, 86, of Bloomingdale, Born February 23, 1927 in Chicago, he was the son of the late Jan and Mary(nee: Mitus); Beloved husband of Jean E. (nee: Patience); loving father of Christine(Richard) Wilson, John Dec, Thomas Dec and Jeffrey (Mary) Dec; proud grandpa of 10 and great grandpa of 10; he was preceeded in death by four brothers and one sister. Walter was a lifetime member in VFW Post 3579 Park Ridge and served in the Navy during WWII. Memorial service Saturday April 27 12:00 noon at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1800 S. Rodenburg Rd., Schaumburg. In lieu of flowers donations to St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church appreciated.
