Virginia Sawicki

Virginia H. Sawicki, nee Kwilos, of Schaumburg, formerly of Chicago; wife of the late Harry; sister of Helen (late Casimir) Blazek, late Gertrude (late Thaddeus) Plisz and the late Richard Kwilos; aunt of Darlene (James), Dennis (Michele), Diane, Robert (Cheri), Pamela (Tony) and Michael; great aunt of Erick (Jaime), Serena (Mitchell), Evan (Chelsea), Tana, Matthew (Jennifer) and Danielle (Paul); great great aunt of many. She adored her pets, Bon Bon, Mark Anthony, Candy, Lonnie and Ginger. Virginia was an active member of the Woman's Club at St. Marcelline Church, enjoyed bright red cardinals, crafting, bingo and the Chicago Bulls. She was also a lunch room mom with School District 54 (Nathan Hale Elementary School) in Schaumburg. Visitation Wednesday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile South of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Funeral Thursday 9:15 am to St. Marcelline Church. Mass 10:00 am. Interment St. Michael the Archangel. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
