Vijay Kumar Bhagi, 69, of Oak Park, devoted husband of Poonam, nee Joshi; cherished father of Vainy and Vinu; dear uncle of Amrit (Supreet) Singh; loving brother in law of Ishan (Lily) Joshi. Vijay was a good human being. He will be remembered for his smile, patience and most of all his love for his family.
