Vernetta J. "Nettie" Frusolone (nee Nerge), 99, of Roselle, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022. A life long member at Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle, Nettie was an avid Cubs fan who also enjoyed quilting and sewing. Beloved wife of the late Daniel; loving mother of Sharon (Bill) Downing, Scott (Clarice), Sheila (John) Gilski, and Sally (Dave Morse) Frusolone; dear grandmother of Jamie (the late Robert) Garlick, Joshua and Kyle (Tammy) Frusolone, Amanda (Phil) Salas, Emily (Jesse) Hansen, Daniel (Brittany), Timothy, Zachary (Esther Pereira), and Caleb (Holley ColCalsure) Downing, and Michelle and Lisa Gilski; proud great grandmother of Kali and Jazmyn Hansen, Calixtro Salas, Jacob and Elaine Garlick, and Ashlynn and Emma Frusolone; fond sister of 3 late sisters and one late brother.
