Visitation for Troy Matthew Bak of Streamwood will be held Friday, August 10, 2018 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.,) Streamwood/Schaumburg., Lying in State Saturday 10:00a.m. until time of service 11:00a.m. at New Life Community Church 1580 E. Chicago St. (Rt. 19) Elgin. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Soon to begin classes to study Animal Science, Troy had a great talent for art, loved gardening and animals.
He is the cherished son of Donald and Judy Bak; beloved brother of Gregory; loving nephew of Crissie (Thomas) Benson, Aldean (Richard) Mellon, Thomas Bak and Jan Bak; dear cousin of Alana, John, Alex Bak and Mike Benson. Troy will also be missed by his many pets including cat "Addy", snake "Fireball" and turtle "Harold".
