Trisha Simon

Trisha Lynn Simon (nee Gerndt) of Bartlett since 1998; beloved wife of Jeff; loving mother of Nicolas and Ian; cherished daughter of David and Mary Gerndt; dear sister of Brian Gerndt; fond daughter in law of Roger and Carol Simon; many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thank you to her wonderful medical team.
Trisha was the Director of Community Health for Hanover Township a member of the Bartlett Fire Department and a past employee of Northwest Oncology.

Visitation Friday, August 24th 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Lying in state Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Atonement, 909 E. Main St., Barrington. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the Trisha Lynn Simon Foundation, c/o Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., Bartlett, Il 60103 would be appreciated.
