Thomas “Tom” Hoffmann Jr, 54, of Carol Stream died Tuesday, May 7, 2019. Born September 9, 1964. Tom enjoyed cooking, golfing and watching the Chicago Bears, White Sox and Blackhawks. Beloved husband of 19 years to Karlyn (nee Knautz); loving father of Dennis; cherished brother of Kathy (Gary) Novak, Debbie (Bill) Canavan, Larry, Cindy (Bob) Apter and the late Dennis; caring son of the late Thomas Sr and Geraldine (nee Hateley). Visitation 3:00p.m. until time of 9:00p.m. Friday, May 10, 2019 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Lying in state 10:00a.m. until time of service 11:00a.m. at Lutheran Church of the Master, 580 N Kuhn Ave, Carol Stream. Following service cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
