Thomas Stefan

Thomas John Stefan, 80, died August 14, 2022. Tom was the beloved husband of Pat (nee Galizia) for 56 years; loving father of Tom (Michele), Tim, and Tracy (the late Kevin) Hedstrom; proud grandfather of Hailey and Ryan (Lynn); dear great grandfather of Phoenix, Everett, Lincoln and Ivy; cherished brother of Richard (Joan), Regina (Don) Hallerd and the late Kathleen; loving brother in law of Louis (Carol), Robert (Cheryl) and Celeste (Steve). He will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews.

Tom enjoyed fishing, camping and boating. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Visitation Friday August 19, 3:00pm - 9:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road) Bartlett. Funeral Saturday 9:45am to St. Peter Damian Church, Mass 10:30am. Entombment All Saints Cemetery.
