Visitation for Thomas Scholz, of Hanover Park, will be Friday, March 20, 3:00pm-9:00pm, Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Memorial Mass will take place Saturday, 10:00am at St. John the Evangelist Church. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born September 4, 1939, Thomas died March 15, 2015. Beloved husband of Dorothy nee Cwanek; loving father of Pam Scholz Wilson, Wendy Scholz Gruber (Rick), Tracy Scholz, and Brian Scholz (Jenni); proud grandfather of Jennifer, Samantha, Kevin, Ronnie, Megan, Mikayla, Andrew, Aaden, Nicholas, Haley, and Joey; dear brother of Robert, Linda Scienski, James (Vickie), and Janet (Michael) Parr; loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Thomas was preceded in death by father William Scholz, mother Pearl Scholz, nephew William Parr, and grandson Dylan Gruber.
