Thomas G. Mattingly, 63, an avid Cubs fan and horse racing enthusiast, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021. Beloved father of Robert (Erin) and Patricia (Justin) Wesley; proud grandfather of Jaxon, Brooks, and Emerson; dear brother of Mary (Joe) Liptak, John, Jane (Paul) Cizek, Ellen (Rich) Silski, Ann (Harold) Ellingsworth, Joseph (Sian), Margaret (Eric) Wittersheim, and the late Kate Mattingly; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, July 8 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Funeral Friday 10:00am.
