Thomas Klos

Thomas “Tom” Klos, 62, of South Elgin, formerly of Elk Grove Village for over 30 years, died Monday February 14, 2011. Born December 14, 1948 in Chicago. He was the son of Harold and Evelyn (nee Gorzynski). Thomas was a proud father who enjoyed coaching his sons in many activities, especially soccer. He loved cars and owned a Corvette. Thomas will be forever remembered as being a kind, generous and thoughtful man.
Survivors include wife Virginia (nee Swoboda) and two sons Michael (girlfriend Evelyn) and Richard (girlfriend Lauren).
Visitation will be Thursday, February 17, 2011 from 3:00p.m. to9:00p.pm. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 95 South Gilbert St (at Middle St), South Elgin. Funeral Friday 9:45a.m. Interment Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Thomas More's Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
