Thomas Joseph Jastrzebski, Sr., 76, of Bartlett, formerly of Hanover Park died September 4, 2016. Thomas was the beloved husband of the late Mary Louise; loving father of Joseph (Dawn), Thomas (Sharon) Jastrzebski, Jr and Julia (Gary) DiNovo; proud grandfather of Dominick, Amy, Jacqueline, Brittany, Roy, Sara and Thomas; cherished brother of Maryanne (John) Caspar and Dolly (Al) Lindeman.
Thomas worked for Skill Power Tools and later Bosch Power Tools for over 50 years.
Memorial Mass 10:30a.m. Saturday, November 19, at Sacred Heart Chapel at Clare Oaks 825 Carillon Drive, Bartlett, memorial visitation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to American Cancer Society www.cancer.org would be appreciated.
