Thomas “Pa” A. Humphrey, 69, of Streamwood of 23 years, died Friday, May 17, 2013. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Thomas was a history buff who enjoyed playing cards and watching the Florida Gators but his true passion was his family.
Beloved husband of Debbie (nee Smith), loving father of Jennifer (Lee) Williams, Cynthia and Scott (Rosanna) Humphrey and Jason Pawlowski; cherished Pa of Danielle, Sarah, Samantha and Eleanor; dear son of the late Austin and Mary (nee Thomas); fond brother of Jean, Charles, Randy and the late Bill and Robert.
Memorial visitation 3:00p.m. until time of service 7:00p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American cancer society, www.cancer.org
