Therese E. Siadek (nee Litviak), 80, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 9, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Therese was a caring individual who was always fun to be around. She enjoyed polka dancing, word search puzzles, and cheering on her favorite Chicago sports teams. Her true passion was spending time with her family. Beloved wife of the late Richard; Loving mom of Theresa (Frank) Miceli; Cherished grandmother “Gagi” of Frank, Susan, and James. Visitation 3p.m. to 9p.m. Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral 10a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
