(Pam) Fortino; cherished grandmother of 6; proud great grandmother of 14; great great grandmother of 15; preceded in death by 2 sisters and 5 brothers; many loving nieces and nephews; lovingly cared for by Carolina Sheets.
Visitation Sunday, January 28th 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Monday 9:30 a.m. to St. John Neumann Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Burial Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
