Visitation for Theodore "Ted" Hammond of Streamwood for more than 20 years will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Saturday 9:15a.m. to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Following mass, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
**Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, 50 people will be allowed in the funeral home and masks are required.
Ted is the beloved husband of 24 years of Teresa nee Kopec; loving father of Jessica, Vanessa, Nicole and Rebecca; proud grandfather of Aliyah and Amaris Cruz; cherished son of Esther Hensley, the late Robert Hammond and stepson of the late Kenneth Hensley; dear brother of James and Kenneth Hensley, Jr. and Rosalee Burdyl.
He will also be missed by his faithful companions "Pixie", "Kygo" and "Harlow". (630) 289-8054.
