Terry R. England Sr. age 68 of Waconia, MN (formerly of South Elgin, IL) died Thursday January 17 at his residence.
Gathering of family and friends 1:00 - 6:00 PM Saturday January 26, 2019 with a 5:30 prayer service at Countryside Funeral Home (95 S. Gilbert St.) In South Elgin. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
Terry Ray England was born July 4, 1950 in Bassett, Arkansas the son of James W. and Velma (Scott) England.
As a child Terry's family moved to Chicago, Illinois. At a young age Terry began a career in manufacturing where over time was promoted to various management positions.
On July 24, 1969 Terry was united in marriage with Pamela Peebles. This union of 49 years was blessed with children Regina, Candida, Terry Jr., Todd.
In 2004 Terry and Pamela moved to Waconia when he took employment at Anagram International in Eden Prairie. Terry retired in October of this past year.
Terry enjoyed fishing, playing poker, watching westerns and collecting coins. He cherished his time with his grandchildren.
Terry will be remembered for his proud, generous, firm and supportive nature. He was a man who truly knew a little bit of something about everything and he was all things to everybody.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents; siblings John, Lorease, Cleaora, Nedda, Betty, and James.
Terry is survived by his loving family: wife Pamela England; children Regina (Fred) Aguiniga of South Elgin, IL, Candida (Jake) Frasz of Mound, MN, Terry England Jr. of South Elgin, IL, Todd England of South Elgin, IL; grandchildren Trevor Aguiniga, Nicholas Aguiniga, Larry Nichols Jr., Pamella England, Mason Nichols, Anthony England, Lucus England, Caleb Frasz, Violet Frasz; sister Willie Jean Gray; brother Eldon (Donna) England; other relatives and many dear friends.
