Prayers for Teresa Capistran nee Lozano will be said Tuesday 9:45a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. Ansgar Church. Mass 10:30a.m.
Following mass, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Visitation will be held Monday 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Teresa is the beloved wife of Jose, loving mother of Guadalupe, Abel, Rafael, Gabriel, Juan, Hector, Octavio and Michael; cherished grandmother of many grandchildren. (630) 289-8054.
