Sylvia Ann Zaruk nee Kolakowski of Chicago; beloved wife of the late Mike, Sr; loving mother of Christine (Dennis) Klawinski, Mike, Jr, Dorothy and Connie Zaruk; caring grandmother of 3 and great-grandmother of 8; dear sister of Leonard Keller. Visitation Monday 3:00 pm until the time of services 8:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
