Sylvia Pomponio (nee Estrada), 79, of Schaumburg died Friday, July 12, 2013. The loving wife of Victor; beloved mother of Vickie Montes, Maria (Marc) Ginocchio, Diego Montes, and Carla (Francesco) Alongi and dear grandmother of Tatiana Ortiz, Joseph, Nicole, and Sara Montes, Marco Ginocchio and Francesco Alongi. Cherished sister of Hector (Lucia) Estrada, Hilda (the late Teddy) Zaffer and Victor M. Estrada. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Alberto and Irma (Villamil) Estrada.
