Sylvia S. Leung

It is with profound sadness that we announce that Sylvia Leung passed away on March 19, 2026 at the age of 73.

Sylvia was deeply loved and will be missed more than words can express. Her children and grandchildren were the pride of her life- she found great joy in watching them grow and succeed. She was a warm, welcoming, and helpful person; someone people knew they could always count on to be there. She gave her love, time, and support freely, and touched the lives of many through her kindness, generosity, and steady presence.

She loved travel, adventure, and good food. She found joy in exploring new places and sharing special moments with the people she loved. At the same time, she valued simplicity in life and in the end. She was active in her church community and will be remembered for her spirit, her kindness to others, and her curiosity about the world around her.

She leaves behind her daughter, Renee Leung, and her husband, Gregory Skonberg; her son, Vincent Leung, and his wife, Michelle Leung; her cherished grandchildren, Kayla and Maddie; her loving partner, Robert Sheehy; her dear siblings; and WingLit Leung, the father of her children.

She will be remembered always and missed forever. We take comfort in knowing that her love for us, and our love for her, remain vast and boundless.

Our family expresses sincere gratitude to all those who have supported us during this difficult time.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sylvia’s memory to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), in honor of her love of pandas.
