Susan L. Rams (nee Pierce), 71, of Streamwood, formerly of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Susan was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and a devout mother and grandmother. Beloved wife of the late George; loving mother of Kelly (Thomas) Vandyke and Amy (Timothy) Modesto; cherished grandmother of Axel, David, Jacob, Emma, and Colin; dear sister of Diane (Frank) Skorniak and Thomas (Christina) Pierce; proud master of her dog Levi. Visitation Tuesday, February 11 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with a funeral service at 5:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg.
