Visitation for Susan Marie Lorek nee Mika of Bartlett for 37 years will be held Sunday June 1, 2014 3:00p.m. until the time of service 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born August 14, 1957 in Chicago, Susan died Wednesday May 21, 2014.
She is the adored wife of 37 years of Thomas S. Lorek, Sr., loving mother of Christina, Tom, Jr. (Jennifer E.) and Jenny Lorek; proud grandmother of Brianna Marie, Ryan and Sarah; cherished daughter of Helen Mika; dear sister of Kathleen Mika.
Susan is preceded in death by her father Raymond and brother John.
