Visitation for Susan Lynn Jurkowski nee Trzeciak of Carol Stream for 27 years will be held Monday 3:00 -9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Tuesday 9:15a.m. to Corpus Christi Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Following mass, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born February 23, 1948 in Chicago, Susan died July 31, 2014.
She is the beloved wife of 42 years of Edward; loving mother David (Vickie) and John (Rebecca);cherished grandmother of Hannah; dear sister of Linda Shields, Mary Roberts and Michael (Jennifer) Trzeciak; fond aunt of Sarah Sanders, Eric and Brian Trzeciak; great aunt of Lucas, Avery, Alex, Elizabeth and Mathew.
