Susan Gagnon

Susan A. Gagnon, 78 of Lakewood, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022. Born September 25, 1943 in Joliet. Sue enjoyed watching and cheering on her beloved Hawks and Cubs along with a good day at the casino. She enjoyed cooking as well as dining out, and especially time in her garden. But above all else she loved time with her family (especially her grandkids). Beloved wife of Robert "Chuck", loving mom to Tony, Mike, Tim and the late Robert (Bob) Gagnon. Dear mother in-law to Renee Gagnon; cherished grandma of Adam, Andrew, Madeline, Julie, Justin, Jessica, Whitney and Jennifer. Dear daughter of the late August and Alice Vehrs; kind sister of Edward (Ange) Vehrs and the late Mary (Clarence) Kripple; sister in-law to Suzanne (Dick) Shiloh and Janine (Al) Kirkland; fond aunt of many. Visitation 12PM to 4PM on Saturday, February 12, 2022, with a prayer service at 4PM at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, Bartlett.
