Susan B. Evans (nee: Ayers) ; beloved mother of Robert; loving daughter of the late Bruce and Laura Mae (nee: Shrader); dear sister of Bruce Eugene (Judy) Ayers and Patricia Conquest; fond aunt of Carrie(Frank) Mandarino, Scott Conquest, Kelly Conquest and great aunt of 4.
She lived with Parkinsons for 30 years and was involved in research studies of the disease. She also graduated from MacMurry college in Jacksonville, Illinois and worked for Sears Corporate for the better part of two decades.
Memorial Service Saturday June 22, 2013 at 11:00am at Clare Oaks Chapel, 825 Carrillon, Bartlett. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinsons Disease Foundation at www.PDF.org Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, Bartlett. Assisted the family with arrangements.
