Susan Jane Choromokos (nee Martin), 73, died June 6, 2016. Susan was the beloved wife of the late Michael James; loving mother of Julie (Jerry N.) McNeely, James Michael (Zoom) Choromokos and Jill (Bryan Alan) Husch; proud grandmother of Joe and Jacob McNeely, Zachary Choromokos, Dylan and Karly Maranto; cherished sister of the late William Robert Martin.
Susan was born in Kewanee, IL on February 2, 1943. She loved her family, enjoyed gardening, ladybugs and shopping. Susan worked at BCB Shield for many years in health care underwriting, she was an RN and loved her profession.
A memorial service will be held at a later time. Cremation took place privately at Countryside Crematory. Arrangement by Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, Bartlett, IL. For information (630)289-7575 or www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com.
