Steven E. Wilson, 81, of Hoffman Estates, found peace on Sunday, December 29, 2024. Born January 29, 1943 in Chicago. Steven was a veteran of the U. S. Army and proud member of VFW Post 5151. Beloved husband of nearly 53 years to Corinne Wilson (nee Hoover); loving brother-in-law of Anton and Karen Roth and cherished uncle of Alexis Roth and Tony Roth. He was preceded by his parents Edward and Lucille Wilson and brother Joseph Wilson. Memorial visitation 3:00pm to 8:00pm with honors to be given by the VFW after 7:00pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the Countryside Funeral Home, Streamwood. Burial of cremains to be scheduled at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
