Steven Terry Maxwell, "Max" 65, died February 17, 2022. Max was the loving father of Danielle Elizabeth Maxwell and Nikole Lauren Maxwell; dear brother of David Lon Maxwell, and caring father-in-law George Edward Delaney.
Max could always be found helping others. He enjoyed listening records and was known for being sarcastic.
"Someone knew we needed an angel. It just so happened they took the best one."
Visitation Saturday March 5, 3:00-6:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at State Street) South Elgin. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated to help with funeral expenses.
