Visitation for Steven D. Daley, a 25 year resident of Streamwood, will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 3:00-8:00pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road) . Funeral Thursday 10:00am. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Beloved husband of Lori J. (nee Zelek) for 26 and 1/2 years; loving father of Jessica and Rebecca, cherished son of Karen and the late Roger; fond brother of Ginna(Joe) Lewis, Suzanne(Jim) Oban and Debra Daley-Crocker; uncle to many, many loving nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his dog Bailey.
Steve was an avid sports fan and coached girls' travel softball. He loved life, was happy and lovable and there was no one who didn't like him.
