Weisz of Bartlett; beloved husband of Patricia (nee Nehrke); loving father of Kimberly (fiancé Jeff Cadero) Baskerville and David (Pollyana); cherished grandfather of Stefanie, Richie, Jacob, Joshua, Mia and Mya; dear brother of Elizabeth Lytle; fond brother in law of Carol Conway; many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation Sunday, March 13th 2:00 p.m until the time of funeral service 7:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following services cremation will take place at the Countryside Crematory.
In lieu of flowers donations to Chicago Cubs Charities, 1060 W. Addison St., Chicago, IL 60613 would be appreciated.
