Steve Elipas

Steve James Elipas, 98, died November 3, 2018. Steve was the beloved husband of the late Marian; loving father of Jason and Marina; proud grandfather of Alyssa and Olivia; cherished son of the late James and Mary Elipas; dear brother of Esther, Dorothy and John; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Steve was a WWII Army Aircore veteran, he also served in the Korean War. He was a flight engineer on PBYs as well as performing air and sea rescue. Steve worked as an electrician for over 45 years.

A graveside service will be held Monday, November 12, 11:30am at Elmwood Cemetery 2905 Thatcher Avenue, River Grove.
