Visitation for Steve Chisom of Hanover Park since 1997, will be held Sunday, March 3, 2024 3:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Monday 10:15a.m. to St. Ansgar Church. Mass 11:00a.m. Interment St. Adalbert.
Steve is the beloved husband of 55 years of Barbara nee Schlenkhoff; loving father of Jennifer (Robert) Cameron, Christopher (Olga) Chisom and the late Andrew Chisom; cherished grandfather of Anna, Tanya, Sophia, Nicholai, Elizabeth, Maria, Seraphim and Nina Chisom, Andrew Chisom and Steven Oswald; dear brother of Jack (the late Joyce) Chisom, Tim (Ava) Chisom and Sallie (the late Lynn) Meeks; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
